        寧夏彭陽縣肉牛布魯氏菌病風(fēng)險因素病例對照研究

        為探索寧夏回族自治區(qū)彭陽縣肉牛感染布魯氏菌的風(fēng)險因素,采用匹配設(shè)計的病例對照研究方法,對76個檢出肉牛布魯氏菌感染抗體陽性的養(yǎng)殖場戶,按照肉牛養(yǎng)殖場戶同在一個行政村,和/或相似養(yǎng)殖規(guī)模以及養(yǎng)牛時間差異在±3年內(nèi)的原則,以1:2比例匹配肉牛布魯氏菌感染抗體陰性場戶,通過問卷形式收集數(shù)據(jù),采用條件Logistic回歸進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果顯示:通過肉牛經(jīng)紀(jì)人買牛的場戶,其肉牛的布魯氏菌感染風(fēng)險增大(OR = 5.05,95%CI = 1.50~17.01);養(yǎng)牛場同時養(yǎng)羊且母羊近兩年有流產(chǎn)史的場戶,所養(yǎng)肉牛感染布魯氏菌風(fēng)險增大(OR = 1.86,95%CI = 0.92~3.75)。由此可見,彭陽縣肉牛交易方式與當(dāng)?shù)厝馀2剪斒暇腥敬嬖诿芮嘘P(guān)聯(lián)。建議加強牛經(jīng)紀(jì)人管理,提高其布病防控意識,進(jìn)一步調(diào)查當(dāng)?shù)匮蛉翰剪斒暇×餍袪顩r。本研究為當(dāng)?shù)厝馀2剪斒暇》揽夭呗灾贫ㄌ峁┝艘罁?jù)。

        A Case-Control Study on Risk Factors for Brucellosis in Beef Cattle in Pengyang County in Ningxia

        In order to identify the risk factors for Brucella infection in beef cattle in Pengyang County,Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region,a matched case-control study method was used to collect data from 76 positive farms/households by questionnaires and analyzed by conditional logistic regression. The study was based on the principles that farms/households located in the same administrative village,and/or similar breeding scale and the difference in breeding period was within ± 3 years,and a ratio of 1:2 was used to match negative farms.. The results showed that the risk of Brucella infection in beef cattle increased(OR = 5.05,95%CI = 1.50-17.01)in the farms/households who bought cattle via brokers;so did the farms(OR = 1.86,95%CI = 0.92-3.75)where sheep were also kept and history of abortion in ewes was available in the past two years. It was concluded that the transaction mode of beef cattle was closely related to local infection in the county. Therefore,it was recommended to strengthen the management of cattle brokers,improve their awareness concerning brucellosis prevention and control,and further investigate the prevalence of the disease in local sheep. A basis was thereby provided for future development of control strategies for brucellosis in local beef cattle.
